The Taiwan Organ Registry and Sharing Center serves as a communication bridge between donors, recipients, organ procurement hospitals, and organ translation hospitals, and assists the government with the registration of organ donations and transplantations, building of a database, organ donation promotion work, promoting the rate of organ donation among local citizens, and the success rate for organ transplantation. For the center’s Offer the Gift of Life semiannual, the chosen focus was concept advocacy, story sharing, and the relating of successful cases, and a high sense of intimacy was chosen for the design style, with the goal to improve the organ donation rate, organ donation card signing rate, pairing success rate, and transplantation success rate, and to reduce organ waste and transplant waiting times.
