The Golden Penguin Awards were launched in 2003 to encourage the use of free software-related technologies in the development of new products and applications, promoting Linux system Open Source innovation R&D competition. The awards are presented on a pure front-end website, with YAML used for information updating. 4Point provided the front-end web design. Users can see the best in Taiwan APP programming on this site.
